person's driving privileges OR LICENSE, giving the person
ten days advance written notice of the suspension. The
Administration with the cooperation of the District Court
shall develop procedures to carry out the provisions of
this section.         [Any suspension imposed by the

Administration under this section shall be expunged from
the person's driving record upon notification of
satisfaction of the original charge by the District
Court.]

17-102.

[In any case where a fine has been imposed] IF A
PERSON FINED under this article [and the person fined
has] DOES not [made payment of] PAY the fine in
accordance with the court's directive, the court may so
certify to the Motor Vehicle Administration and upon such
certification the Administration [shall not renew the
driver's license], AFTER GIVING THE PERSON TEN DAYS
ADVANCE WRITTEN NOTICE, MAY SUSPEND HIS DRIVING

PRIVILEGES OR LICENSE until the fine has been paid. The
Administration with the cooperation of the District Court
shall develop procedures to carry out the provisions of
this section.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.
