BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Chapter 425 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1971 SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF MARYLAND, That Section 5(Q)(3) of Chapter 425 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1971, be and it is hereby repealed and reenacted, with amendments, to read as Chapter 425 5.
