AN ACT concerning

Fair Hill Improvement Fund

FOR the purpose of establishing the Fair Hill Improvement.
Fund; increasing the maximum number of days for
steeplechase racing at Fair Hill; providing that
said days of racing shall be held by the Maryland
State Pacing Commission for the use of the Cecil
County Breeders' Fair, Inc., or its successors;
increasing the amount to be paid over to the State
and to be credited to the Fair Hill Improvement
Fund; and generally relating to racing at Fair Hill.

THE FAIR HILL IMPROVEMENT FUND IS CREATED WITHIN THE
DEPARTMENT TO BE USED FOR THE OPERATION, MAINTENANCE,
DEVELOPMENT, AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE FAIR HILL FACILITIES

AT FAIR HILL, MARYLAND. ANY MONEY OBTAINED BY THE

DEPARTMENT FROM FAIR HILL SHALL BE CREDITED TO THE FAIR

HILL IMPROVEMENT FUND.
