[(5)] subsequent tax years for application to property
taxes thereon during this period.

(c) The county or municipality may farther provide
for the procedure and conditions applying to any such tax
credit including a condition requiring the owner of such
property to periodically exhibit same for public
educational purposes.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

Power Plant Siting

FOR the purpose of changing the percentage of revenue
derived from temporary use of power plant sites that
shall be paid to the county and the Environmental
Trust Fund.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section 3-305(c) of Article - Natural
Resources, of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1974 Volume
and 1975 Supplement) be and it is hereby repealed and
reenacted, with amendments, to read as follows:

3-305.

(c) [ Seventy—five] 50 percent of all revenues the
Secretary obtains through temporary use of sites shall be
deposited in the fund. The remaining [25] 50 percent
shall be paid to the county in which the site is
situated. If the site lies within two or more counties,
the [251 50 percent shall be distributed proportionally
according to the area within each county.
