THE BOARD ON DEMAND. AT THE END OF A SUSPENSION PERIOD,
THE BOARD SHALL RETURN THE CERTIFICATE.

(F)    WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER NOTICE OF THE DECISION OF
THE BOARD, ANY PERSON AGGRIEVED BY IT MAY APPEAL TO THE
CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE COUNTY IN WHICH HE RESIDES. HE
SHALL FILE WITH THE BOARD WRITTEN NOTICE OF HIS INTENT TO
APPEAL ITS DECISION AND, BY THIS NOTICE, OBTAIN A STAY OF
THE SUSPENSION OR REVOCATION ORDER UNTIL FINAL JUDGMENT
IS ENTERED IN THE INITIAL JUDICIAL REVIEW, IF THE
JUDGMENT IS ENTERED WITHIN 120 DAYS AFTER THE APPEAL IS
FILED.

(G)    IN ADDITION TO THE PENALTIES FOR NONLICENSED
PRACTICE OF PODIATRY UNDER §489 OF THIS SUBTITLE, A
PODIATRIST WHOSE CERTIFICATE IS SUSPENDED AND WHO, DURING
THE SUSPENSION PERIOD, PRACTICES PODIATRY IS SUBJECT TO
REVOCATION OF HIS CERTIFICATE. REINSTATEMENT SHALL BE AT
THE DISCRETION OF THE BOARD.

(H) THE BOARD MAY ISSUE A LICENSE TO OR RENEW THE
LICENSE OF ANY PERSON WHOSE LICENSE HAS BEEN SUSPENDED OR
REVOKED ONLY IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SUSPENSION OR
REVOCATION ORDER, AS MODIFIED BY ANY FINAL JUDGMENT ON
JUDICIAL REVIEW.

(A) [All] A PODIATRIST MAY NOT USE ANY display
advertising [by podiatrists is hereby prohibited,] except
[the following:] AS PROVIDED IN THIS SECTION.

[(a)] (B) A podiatrist may use a [person] PERSONAL
card of not more than [ 3 1/2"] 3.5 INCHES by [2" upon] 2
INCHES ON which [may be printed] only his name, title or
degree, address, telephone number, and office hours ARE
PRINTED.

£ (b) ] (C) A podiatrist may notify by mail any bona
fide patient that 60 days have elapsed since any foot
examination was made by [such] THE podiatrist, [such] IF
THE notice [shall] IS not [be] more than [5 1/2" by 3
1/2"; removal] 5.5 INCHES BY 3.5 INCHES.

(D)    REMOVAL notices may be mailed by a podiatrist
notifying any bona fide patient of [such] THE podiatrist
that [said podiatrist] HE is removing his address to
[such] THE address set forth on [such] THE notice,
[such]IF THE notice [shall] IS not [be] more than [5 1/2"
by 3 1/2"; notices] 5.5 INCHES BY 3.5 INCHES.

(E)    NOTICES may be mailed to the general public by
any podiatrist who is about to begin the practice of
podiatry notifying the public of this fact, [such] IF THE
notice [shall] IS not [be] more than [5 1/2" by 3 1/2";
such] 5.5 INCHES BY 3.5 INCHES AND CONTAINS THE NAME AND
ADDRESS OF THE RESIDENT.
