Annotated Code of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Section 188A (c) be and it is hereby
added to Article 43 - Health, of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1971 Replacement Volume and 1975 Supplement) to
read as follows:

188A.

(C) DEFINITIONS AND STANDARDS OF IDENTITY     AND

QUALITY FOR MEAT AND POULTRY PRODUCTS ADOPTED BY   THE

STATE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE ARE THE DEFINITIONS     AND
STANDARDS OF IDENTITY AND QUALITY IN THIS STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Pharmacy — Board

FOR the purpose of increasing the membership of the
Maryland Board of Pharmacy to include a consumer
member and an additional pharmacist; changing
certain membership requirements and appointment
procedures to conform to the increased membership;
providing for election of certain officers of the
Board; deleting certain obsolete provisions and
generally clarifying the language relating to the
Board.
