MARVIN MANDEL, Governor 1031 THE INSTRUCTIONS PRESCRIBED BY § 27-8 [(h)] of this 27-4. [ (a) ] A qualified voter desiring to vote at any an affidavit, which need not be under oath but which shall set forth SUCH information, under penalty of perjury, AS MAY BE REQUIRED BY THE STATE ADMINISTRATIVE BOARD OF ELECTIONS. [The application shall contain an (1) The voter's name and residence address, (2) That the person is a qualified voter at (3) If the person voted at the preceding (4) That the voter expects in good faith to 27-5. (b) The State Administrative Board of Election SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act Approved May 4, 1976. CHAPTER 391
