returned with the writ.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the
effectiveness of the provisions of this Act are
contingent upon the enactment of an Amendment to the
Constitution of Maryland which permits the implementation
of these provisions. Should the Amendment to the
Constitution of Maryland fail of enactment, the
provisions of this Act are null and void without the
necessity of further action by the General Assembly.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1976.

AN ACT concerning

Electrical Licenses — Reciprocity [[and Bonding]]

FOR the purpose of providing reciprocity for all
electrical licensing [[and including provisions
relating to bond requirements for licenses]]; and
creating a new subtitle.

BY adding to

Article 56 — Licenses

Section 320 through 322, inclusive, to be under the
new subtitle "Reciprocity [[and Bond
Requirements]] for Electrical Licenses"

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That new Sections 320 through 322, inclusive,
to be under the new subtitle "Reciprocity [[and Bond
Requirements]] for Electrical Licenses" be and they are
hereby added to Article 56 — Licenses, of the Annotated
Code of Maryland (1972 Replacement Volume and 1975
Supplement) to read as follows:
