RECEIVE A CREDIT UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 12D OR
12F OF THIS ARTICLE MAY ALSO ELECT TO RECEIVE A CREDIT IN
LIEU OF THE CREDIT ALLOWED HEREIN IN THE AMOUNT ALLOWED
