strike "these taxes" and insert in lieu thereof "this
tax".

strike everything beginning with "providing" through and
including "benefits;".

Amendment No. 2 —

In line 99 on page 2 of the first reader, after
"12F—1", strike the comma and insert in lieu thereof the
word "and". In the same line, strike ", and 12F-3".

Amendment No. 3 —

In line 600 on page 14 of the first reader, after
