AN ACT concerning

Unfair Cigarette Sales — Costs

FOR the purpose of including the State tax on cigarettes
as a part of the basic cost of cigarettes for the
purposes of the Unfair Cigarette Sales Act; removing
cash discounts from the basic cost, except
wholesaler to wholesaler sales; and making
provisions generally relating to costs and cigarette
sales.

BY repealing and re—enacting, with amendments,

and 11-503(c)(1)
