Revenue and Taxes — Public Campaign Financing

FOR the purpose of repealing the tax add-on provisions
for public campaign financing and providing new
means of raising revenue for the Fair Campaign
Financing Fund through tax check-offs and voluntary
contributions; excluding the check-offs and
voluntary contributions from the limitations on
contributions in the Fair Election Practices Act;
providing for the nature and accumulation of the
Fund; changing cross references; and relating
generally to the public financing of election
campaigns.
