& Compa.    at    of Novemr. Annoq Domi. 1701 That he Take Thomas
Thomas Carman    Carman alius dictus Thomas Carman of Kent County in ye

   Province Afsd. planter if found in your bailiwick & him
Safe keepe Soe that he have his bodie at the next Court to be held for Said County
to Answer unto Perigrine Browne & Compa. of London Merchants of a plea of
Debt            Which next Court vizt. ye 28. day of Janry Annoq Domi. 1700
                     ye day of ye returne of Said writt being an Adjourned Court all causes
were contd. & precepts in ye Officers hands to whom ye Same appertained vizt. ye
Sherf. Coroner & Constables untill ye Eleventh day of Febry Following
Att which Eleventh day of Febry ye Day of ye returne of Said writt According to
