Joshua Sweatnam	Court that y^e Said Joshua Sweatnam May be comitted unto y^e
	y^e Sher^f. Custody & there to remaine untill he find Esp^ll.

baile to Said Action which was Granted unto him
Therefore Ordered That y^e Sher^f. of this County doe Take into his Custody y^e Said Defend^t.

was Comitted Accordingly Jn^o Dowdall Clk

And y^e Said Joshua Sweatnem comes into Court Together w^th. Nicholas Massey & Thomas
Browne his Securities who doe oblidge themselves that y^e Said Joshua Sweatnam
Shall pay Condemnacon if Cast or Else they will doe it for him

And y^e Said Joshua Sweatnam in his proper person appeares & prayes thereof to Imparle
untill y^e Next Court which was Granted unto him y^e Same day was given y^e Plaint^f.
