Therefore it is Considered by y^e Court here viz^t. this 25. Day of June Annoq
Domⁱ. 1701 That y^e Said Plaint^f. Peregrine Browne doe recover from y^e Said
Defend^t. Thomas Hawkins as well y^e Sume of five hundred Eighty & Two pounds
of Tob^o. Debt as alsoe y^e Sume of one hundred ninety & five pounds of Tob^o cost
of Suite & y^e Said Thomas Hawkins in mercy Jn^o Dowdall Clk

Condemnacon if Cast or else he will doe it for him.
