Att which next Court vizt. ye 24 day of June Annoq Domi. 1701 ye Day of ye
returne of Said writt came Elias King high Sherf. of Said County & Made
returne thereof in these words following Attached in ye hands of ye within Exrs
fifty pounds of Tobo. & four hundred Thirty & four pounds of Tobo. Cost & made
knowne before John Hackett & Charles Hollinsworth that they & Appeare &a. as
by ye within I am Comanded                                          Elias King Sherf

To which the Said James Rae nor any for him Appearing to Shew Cause why ye
Same Should not be Condemned for Satisfaction of ye Said Nonsuite & Cost Judgemt.
is by ye Court granted for Condemnacon

Therefore it is Considered by ye Court here vizt. ye 25. Day of June Annoq Domi.
1701 That ye Said Exrs in theire Said Capacities doe recover & have Execution
against ye Said James Rae as well for ye Sume of Two hundred Eighty & foure
pds. of Tobo
[^] for ye non Suite & first Cost as alsoe ye Sume of Two hundred & foure pounds of
Tobo cost upon this last Suite & ye Said James in Mercy            Jno Dowdall Clk

Comand was given To ye Sherf. of Kent County ye Twenty Eight day of March Annoq
Domi. 1701 that he Attach any of ye goods Chattles debts rights & Creditts of Antho:
:ny Drew if found in yr. bailiwick to ye value of Three hundred forty & four pounds
of Tobo. to Satisfie unto George Green A Certaine Nonsuite & Cost recovered against
ye Said Anthony Drew and that by good & lawfull Men of his bailiwick he make
knowne &a. Soe that he She or they be & personally Appeare at ye next Court to
Shew Cause &a.

Att which next Court vizt. ye 24 Day of June Annoq Domi. 1701 ye day of ye returne
of Said writt came Elias King high Sherf. of Said County & made returne thereof
in these words vizt. Attached in ye hands of George Green fifty pounds of Tobo. &
Two hundred forty & foure pounds of Tobo. & Sumd. ye Said George Green before
                                                             that he be & appeare as by ye within writt
I am Comanded                                                         Elias King Sherf

To which ye Said Anthony Drew nor any for him Appearing to Shew Cause why ye Same
Should not be Condemned for Satisfaction of ye Said Nonsuite & Cost Judgement is

That ye Said Anthoney Drew have Execution against ye Said Anthoney Drew as well ye
for ye Sume of Two hundred & forty pounds of Tobo. for ye Nonsuite & first Cost as
alsoe ye Sume of Two hundred & four pounds of Tobo. cost upon ye last Suite & ye Said
Anthony in Mercy                                                              Jno Dowdall Clk

Comand was given to ye Sherf. of Kent County ye 28 day of March Annoq Domi. 1701
that he Take Thomas Usher if found in his bailiwick & him Safe keepe Soe that he have
his bodie before his Majties Justices at A Court to be held for Said County ye fourth
Tuesday of June Next to Answer unto John Whittington of A plea of Trespass upon
                               ye Case       &a.
