[62] June Court 1701 But Richard Macklin Clk of ye Indictments Moves the Court that ye Said Danll. Perrey may Enter into recognizance with good Securitie for his Appearance at ye next Court & good abearance in ye Meane time which was granted Ordered Therefore that Danll. Perey be Comitted into ye Sherf. Custody untill he find Suffitient Security & with them to Enter into recognizance for his personall Appearance at ye next Court & good behaviour in ye Meane time Jno Dowdall Clk And ye Said Danll. Perrey comes into Court and Acknowledgeth himselfe Justly indebted unto our Soveraigne Lord King William ye Third his heires & Successors in ye full & just Sume of Twenty pounds Sterg. to be leavied upon his lands and Teniments goods & Chattles condiconed he make not his personall Appearance at ye next Court & be of good behaviour to all his Majties Leidge Subjects in ye meane while likewise come Thomas Wyatt & Thomas Scotton his Securities and acknow: :ledged themselves Indebted unto our Said Soveraigne Lord King William ye Third his heires & Successors in ye full & just Sume Tenn pounds Sterg. each to be leavied as Above Said Condiconed as above wherewith they are Contented William Hollinsworth Sumoned for Patrick Bryan at ye Suite of Philn Loyd Thomas Jones Servant to Charles Lowder coming into ye Country without Indentures & being brought to Court to have his age adjudged ye Court upon view of ye Said Servant doe Adjudge him to be Twenty yeares of age and ordered to Serve his Said Master According to Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided Jno Dowdall Clk Isaac Caulk comes into Court & oblidgeth himselfe to Save ye County harmless from ye Charge of ye bringing up of A base borne Child borne to his brother Jacob Caulk Elias King produceth A Comission to this Court for being Sherf. of this County who bond wth gave ^ Suffitient Security for his Offitieting ye Said Office & Tooke ye Usual oathes John Hackett is Sworne Deputy Sherf. to ye Said Elias King Ordered that venire Issue for Mathew Masson Soe that he be & personally Appeare at ye next Court to Answer unto all Such things as Shall then & there be objected agt. him Jno Dowdall Clk Comand was Given to ye Sherf. of Kent County ye 28. Day of March Annoq Domi. 1701 that he attach any ye goods Chattles debts rights or Creditts of James Rae if found in yr. bailiwick to ye value of four hundred Eighty & eight pounds of Tobo. to Satisfie unto Tobitha Noreast Charles Wright & Catherine his wife Exrs of ye last will & Testament of Robert Noreast late of Said County Decd. a Certaine Nonsuite & Cost recovered at. ye Sd.
