Therefore It is Considered by ye Court here that ye Said Defendt. Charles Hollinsworth
        Junr. as to ye Said Action goe thereof without Day    It is likewise Considered that ye
        Said Defendant doe recover from ye Said Plaintf. Joshua Sweatnam as well ye
Sume of fifty pounds of Tobo. for A Nonsuite According to Act of Assembly &a. as alsoe
ye Sume of one hundred Sixty & Two pounds of Tobo. cost of Suite & ye Said Joshua

Comand was given to ye Sherf. of Kent County ye Twenty Ninth day of Novemr. Anno
Domi. 1699 as alsoe ye Twenty fourth day of Janry following That he Take Richard Watts
of Kent County Planter if found in his bailiwick & him Safe keepe Soe that he have
his body att ye next Court to Answer unto Nathanll. Hynson of A plea of Trespass
upon ye Case
Att which next Courts vizt. ye Twenty Third day of Janry anno Domi. 1699 and ye 26
day of March Anno Domi. 1700 ye days of ye returnes of Said writts came Elias King
high Sherf. of Said County & made returne of them in these words vizt.
                                                                            Non East Inventus pr Elias King Sherf
Comand was likewise given to ye Sherf. of Kent County ye 28 day of March Annoq Domi>
1700 that he Take Richard Watts of Kent County Planter if found in his bailwick
and him Safe Keepe Soe that he have his body before our Justices at ye next Court to be
held for Said County at our Court house upon Chester River ye fourth Tuesday of June
next to Answer unto Nathanll. Hynson of A plea of Trespass upon ye Case

Att which next Court vizt. ye 25. day of June Annoq Domi. 1700 ye day of ye returne
of Said writt came Elias King high Sherf. of Said County & made returne thereof in these
words vizt.                 Cepi Corpus         pr    me                 Elias King Sherf
    But ye Said Plaintf. Nathanll. Hynson by Richard Macklin his Attry moves ye
Court that ye Said Defendant Richard Watts being A Single man & having noe Certaine
place of Abode might give Espll. baile to Said Action which was by ye Court Granted
Ordered Therefore that ye Said Defendt. Richard Watts be by ye Sherf. of this County
taken into his Custody & there to remaine untill he find Espll. baile to Said Action
which was accordingly done                                                              Jno Dowdall Clk

Which Defendt. Richard Watts being in ye Sherf. Custody for want of baile untill last
Febry court Then came into Court Together wth. Robert Smith Esqr. his Security & ye
Said Robert Smith doth oblidge himselfe that ye Said Defendt. Richd. Watts Shall pay
Condemnacon if Cast or Else he will doe it for him

The which Cause was Continued untill next Court being this prsent Court

And now here at this day ye Said Cause Standing for Tryall ye Plaintf. Decln. vizt
Kent Ss       Richard Watts of Kent County planter Stands Attached to answer unto

   Nathanll. Hynson of A plea of Trespass upon ye case
Whereupon ye Said Nathanll. by Richard Macklin his Attorney complaines that
whereas ye Said Nathanll. Anno Domi. 1696 at Chester River within ye jurisdiction of
this Court at ye Spll. instance and request of ye Said Richard Watts had Sold and delivered
