Whereupon y^e Said Plaint^f. by Michael Earle his Att^ry moves y^e Court that he may have
Judg^t. for y^e Said Sume of five Thousand nine hundred Sixty and one pounds of Tob^o. being
y^e ball^e. due upon y^e Said bill which was Granted unto him
Therefore it is Considered by y^e Court here that y^e Said Plaint^f. Edw^d. Baracliff doe
      Recover from y^e S^d. Elias King Defend^t. in his Said Capacity as well y^e Sume of
      of Five Thousand nine hundred Sixty and one pounds of Tob^o. Debt as alsoe y^e Sume
      of Two hundred fifty & Six pounds of Tob^o. Cost of Suite and y^e Said Elias in mercy
