But ye Said Plaintf. by Rd. Macklin his Attry moves ye Court that ye Sd. Peter Peterson
Defendt. may be Called who was Called Solemnly & not Appearing ye Sd. Plaintf. by his Said
Attry further moves ye Court that ye Sherf. may be Amerced which was Granted
Ordered Therefore that ye Sherf. of this County for not prducing his Prisonr. According to ye
returne of his writt be Amerced Three Shillings                      Jno Dowdall Clk

But ye Said Defendt. Peter Peterson Coming into Court ye Sd. Plaintf. by his Said Attry
moves ye Court that ye Sd. Defendt. Peter Peterson may be Comitted into ye Sherf. Custod[y]
untill he find Espll. baile to Sd. Action which was Granted
Ordered Therefore that ye Said Defendt. Peter Peterson by Contd. in ye Sherf. Custody untill
he find Espll. baile to Said Action                                Jno Dowdall Clk

And ye Sd. Defendt. Together wth Robt. Smith Esqr. his Security comes into Court And ye
Sd. Robert Doth oblidge himselfe that ye Defendt. Peterson Shall pay Condemnacon if Cast or
Else he will doe it for him
