Lee & Tolly for & upon Acct. of Tobo. due from ye Said Tolly to ye Said Attkey & Compa. Moves ye Court that Phillip Holeidger of Cecill Coty may Enter into recognizance wth. good Security for his Appearance here next Cour t& good behaviour in ye meane time which was granted Ordered by ye Court that Phillip Holeidger of Cecill County doe enter into recognizance wth. good & Suffitient Secutiry for his personall Appearance here at Next Court & good behavi: :our in ye meane time Jno Dowdall Clk And ye Said Phillip Holeidger Comes into Court Together wth. Samll. Wallis & Thomas Covington his Securities And ye Said Phillip doth oblidge himselfe to owe & Stand Justly indebted unto our Soveraigne Lord King Wm ye Third &a. his heires & Successors in ye full and just Sume of Twenty pounds Sterg. to be leavied upon his goods & Chattles Condiconed he make not his personal Appearance here at ye Next Court & in ye meane while be of good behaviour and abearance to all his Majties leidge Subjects And ye Said Samll.
