ye goods Chattles or [Creditts of] Joseph Phillott late of Said County marriner if they Should be found in his
bailiwick to ye Value of [fi]ve pounds thirteen Shillings Sterg. and Six hundred & ninty pounds of Tobo. to
Satisfie unto Morgan Jones of Talbott County marriner a Certaine Debt & Cost recovered agt. ye Said Joseph
Phillot and than by good & Lawfull Men of his bailiwick he make knowne &a. Soe that he She or they be and
personally Appear at ye next Court to Shew Cause &a.
Att which next Court Vizt. ye 26. Day of Novemr. Annoq Domi. 1700 & Day of ye returne of Said
writt came Elias King high Sherf. of Said County and made returne of Said writt in these
words Attached in ye hands of Henry Jackson                 pr me       Elias King Sherf
