Comand was given to ye Sherf. of Kent County ye 29. day of August Annoq Domi. 1700 That he Attach any of y[e]
goods Chattles debts rights or Creditts of Anthony Parsley if found in his bailiwick to ye Value of one Thous[and]
Two hundred forty & four pounds of Tobo. to Satisfie unto Jno Salter A certaine debt & Cost According to
A Judgemt. recovered against him before his majties Justices at a Court held for Said County ye 28 day
of August Annoq Domi. 1700 of which he is Convict and when ye Same Soe Attached or any part thereof ye Sam[e]
in his Custody keep Soe that he have ye Same before theire majties Justices at ye next Court & likewise make known
to ye party or parties in whose hands ye Same Should be Attached Soe that he She or they be & appeare at ye next
Court to Shew Cause &a
Att which next Court Vizt. ye 26. Day of Novemr. Annoq Domi. 1700 ye Day of ye Returne of Said writt
came Elias King high Sherf. of Said County & made returne of Said Writt thus endorsed Vizt.
Attached A mare of ye Estate of ye within Anthony Parsley                 Elias King Sherf

To which ye Said Anthony neither by him Selfe nor Attorney Appearing to Shew cause why ye Said Sume
Should not be Condemned for Satisfaction as Afsd. Judgemt. is awarded for Execution
Therefore it is Considered by this Court here Vizt. ye 28. day of Novemr. Annoq Domi. 1700 that ye Sid
John Salter have Execution against ye Estate of ye Said Anthony Parsley as well for ye Sume of Twelve
hundred forty & four pounds of Tobo. as alsoe ye Sume of Two hundred Sixty & Two & a halfe pounds of Tobo.
