   To a Mollotto boy & garles accomodacons 4 months & 2 weeks 900
1698    To 4 dayes work of my Self & horse houseing Crop at 30lb Tobo. pr 120

   To makeing Marea at ye Green Spring 2 Shiffts a peticoate & wastcoate 40

   To makeing negroe Jenney 2 Shifts 2 peticoates 1 wastcoate aprone & 2 Suites Child bed linen 60

   To makeing Marea at my house 2 Shifts 1 wastcoate 2 peticoates & 1 apron 50

   To mallatt: babb 2 Shifts 1 wastcoate & peticoate & peticoate 40

Edward Sweatnams Exr    And the Said Defendt. in Said Capacity by Richard Macklin his Attry comes &
ads    defends ye force & Injury When &a. and demurrs in Law to ye plaintf.
John Sweatnam    Decln. and ye acct. thereunto Annexed
[1st] Reason The plaintf. Saith in ye yeares 1697 & 1698 which is Eror &a
2dly in ye first article of ye plaintf. account he charges ye defendt for accomodacons for five months
           at one hundred pounds Tobo pr is 500 which is nonsence
3dly The fourth article is like ye first incoherent nonsence
4th The eleventh articule is like ye first & foarth and for which an action of ye Case lyes not nor for
           ye 12 Articule ye law having provided another remeady in ye case and likewise for ye last
           articule in ye Account ~~~~~~    Macklin pr Defendt.
                          Demurer Joyned    Earle pr Querr

The which Decln. act. and demurer being read argued and by ye Court Maturely considered
ye Said reasons were overuled and Judgt. given ye Said Plaintf. for his Debt & cost
he having proved ye Said Acct.

Therefore it is Considered by ye Court here vizt. ye 28. day of Novemr. Annoq Domi. 1701
   That ye Said Plaintf. John Sweatnam doe recover from ye Said Defendt. Elias King
Exr. of ye last will and Testamt. of Edward Sweatnam late of Kent County Decd. in his
Said Capacity as well ye Sume of Three Thousand Ninety & five pounds of Tobo. Debt as
alsoe ye Sume of Two hundred Seaventy and one pounds of Tobo. cost of Suite & ye Said
Defendt. in Mercy ~ ~ ~ ~                                     Jno Dowdall Clk

Comand was given to ye Sherf. of Kent County ye 13. day of Febry Annoq Domi. 1700 that
he Take Patrick Bryan of Kent County Taylor likewise ye 28. day of March 1701 That he Take
Said Patrick Bryan if found in his bailiwick & him Safe keepe Soe that he have his body at ye
next Court to be held for Said County to Answer unto Phillemon Loyd of Talbott County Gentn
of A plea of Trespass upon ye Case
Att which next first court vizt. ye 25 day of March Annoq Domi. 1701 ye Day of ye returne
of Said first writt came Elias King high Sherf. of Said County & made returne Non Est
Likewise came ye Said Sherf. ye 24 day of June Anno Domi. 1701 ye day of ye returne of ye Sd.
Second writt and made returne cepi Corpus            pr    Elias King Sherf.
