Braysier for Causing of his Servants to work & Labour upon ye Sabath Day

Danll Mulakin being prsented last June Court for abuseing Wm & Jonan Halse Two of
ye orphans of Abram Halse late of Kent County Decd. & ye Said Cause being continued untill
this Court ye Said prsentmt. was framed into a bill of Indictment as follows vizt.
Kent Ss       The orphan Jurors for ye body of Kent County for ye Lord ye King upon theire
oathes doe prsent Danll. Mullikin of Island hundred in Kent County planter for that he ye
Said Danll. hath kept ye orphan Chilldren of a Certaine Abraham Halls late of Kent
County Decd. and ye Said Orphans he hath & Still doth Malitiously & Wickedly abuse to
ye great injury & damage of ye Said orphans and ast. ye forme of ye act of Assembly
in that Case made ~~~                                          Macklin pr Doms. Rege
And ye Said Danll. Mullikin now Appeares in his proper person & Submitts
himselfe to ye Court ~~~
It is Thereupon Considered by ye Court upon ye Said Daniels Submision that he
be Acquitted from ye Said Crime he paying ye fees Accrewing thereon    Jno Dowdall Clk

William Robinson being presented by orphan jury last June Court for not bringing to Court
Thomas Honey Sone of         Honey late of Kent County Decd. According to bond entered into by
ye Said Wm    The which presentment was Signed billa vera ~~ Wm Comegys foreman
The which presentmt. was framed into A bill of Indictment as follows vizt
Kent Ss    The Orphan Jurors for our Lord ye King for ye body of Kent County upon theire
oathes doe present William Robinson of Kent County in Island Creeke hundred planter for
that he ye Said William hath Kept Thomas Honey an orphan boy & hath not brought him to
Court According to bond Entered by ye Said Wm before this Court but ye Said orphan to bring
