baile to Said Action which by ye Court accordingly granted       Elias King comes into
Court & promiseth that ye Said Defendt. James Theslewood Shall pay condemnacon if
cast or else he will doe it for him

Defendt. Jno Canaday & him in Safe Custody keepe untill he find Espll. baile to ye
Action now depending between Phillip Holeidger Plaintf. & ye Said Jno Canaday Defendt.
