   Said Defendt. Peter Peterson may give Espll. baile to
Said Action which was by ye Court granted And Thereupon Ordered that Elias
King high Sherf. of Said County doe take into his Custody ye ye body of ye Said
Defendt. Peter Peterson & him Safe keepe untill he find Espll. baile to Sd.

And ye Said Defendt. Peter Peterson comes into Court together wth. James
Deverge his Security who promiseth that ye Said Peter Peterson Shall pay condem
nacon if cast or else he will doe it for him
