The above fifteen writts were returned Non est inventus pr Elias King Sherf
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Comand was given to ye Sherf. of Kent County ye 25 Day of June Anno Domi. 1701 that he
Attach any of ye goods Chattles Debts rights &a. of Hanah Lefort if they Should be found in
his bailiwick to ye value of one pound Sixteen Shillings of pensilvania Money & five
hundred fifty & nine pounds of Tobo. to Satisfie unto Richard Jerum a certaine Debt &
cost recovered against her & that by good & Lawfull men of of his Bailiwick he make
knowne &    Soe that he She of they be & personally Appeare at ye next Court to Shew
cause &a.            The which cause was Continued untill this present court
And now here at this Day vizt. ye 23 Day of Sepr. Anno Domi. 1701 came Elias
King high Sherf. of Kent County & made returne thereof thus Endorsed vizt.
Attached in ye hands of Patrick Creagh one pound Sixteen Shillings pensil:
[:]vania money as also[e ye] Sume of five hundred fifty & nine pounds of Tobo. cost &
alsoe made knowne before John Hackett & Charles Hollinsworth that he be &
appeare &a. as by ye within writt I am Comanded         Elias King Sherf

To which ye Said Hanah Lefort neither by her Selfe nor Attorney Appearing to Shew
Cause why ye Same Should not be condemned for Satisfaction of ye Debt & cost Afsd.
The Sd. Plaintf. by Richard Macklin his Attry moves ye Court that ye Same Should
be condemned which was granted him by ye Court

Therefore it is considered by ye Court here that ye plaintf. Richard Jerum have
execution ast. ye Said Hannah Lefort as well for ye Sume of one pound Sixteen
Shillings Debt pensilvania money as alsoe ye Sume of five hundred fifty & nine
pounds of Tobo. costs of Suite & ye Said Hannah Lefort in Mercy
