Sepr. Court 1701 72 Stephen Rich comes into Court and Sweares that his Servant Ismael Devnish has absented him ye Space of Thirty days out of his Service and ye Said Steaphen doth Assume & promise that if in case ye Said Ismael doth well & truly Serve him untill ye last day of October which Shall be in ye yeare of our Lord one Seaven hundred and Two that then he does freely forgive him all ye runaway that he has Absented him :selfe out of his Service ~~~~~~~~~~ Edward Rush comes into open Court & acknowledgeth himselfe Indebted unto our Soveraigne Lord King William ye Third his heires & Successors in ye full & just Sume of Twenty pounds Sterlg. to be leavied upon his goods & Chattles lands & Tenements condiconed he make not his personall Appearance at ye Next Court to be held for this County & be of good behaviour & Abearance to all his Majties good Subjects in ye mea[ne] time and James Williames & Charles Hollinsworth Junr. likewise came Securites of ye Said Edward and Acknowledged themselves justly indebted unto our Said Soveraigne Lord ye King ye Sume of Tenn pounds Sterg. each to be leavied as afsd.
