The Clk being taken very Sick and not able to Sitt ye Court thought fitt to Adjourne And Yy Said Court was Accordingly Adjourned untill ye fourth Tuesday in Sepr. next and all Causes Continued untill ye Said Time Att a Court held for Kent County ye 23d. Day of Sepr. before his Majties Justices thereunto Authorized & Appointed in ye Thirteenth yeare of his Majties Reigne Annoq Domi. 1701
being brought to Court to have his age adjudged ye Court upon view of Said Servant doe Adjudge him to be Twelve yeares of age And ordered to Serve his Said Master According to act of Assembly in that Case made & provided Jno Dowdall Clk ~~~~~~~~~~ Manders Chourne bound by ye Court to Mrs An Coursey untill he arive at ye age of eighteen yeares And Mr. William Harris father of ye Said Anne Coursey comes here into Court & oblidgeth himselfe that ye Said Manders Chourne Shall be bound to A Cooper or Carpenter when he arives at ye age Afsd Jno Dowdall Clk ~~~~~~~~~~ Phillip Pearcey Servant to Thomas Marshall Comander of ye Ship Sarah now rideing at Anchor in Chester River in this County comeing into ye Country without Indentures & being brought to Court to have his age adjudged ye Court upon view of ye Said Servant doe adjudge him to be Sixteen yeares of age & ordered to Serve his Said Master According to act of Assembly in that Case made & provided Jno Dowdall Clk ~~~~~~~~~~ Ailce mcGrach daughter to Owen mcGrach bound by ye Court to Robert Foreman ye Said Ailce being brought into ye Country along wth. her father and ye Said Owen comes into Court and acknowledgeth that his Said Daughter is Two yeares of age next St. Michael Day And ordered to Serve her Said Master according to Act of Assembly in that Case made & provided Jno Dowdall Clk ~~~~~~~~~~ Read ye peticon of James Wyatt & Thomas Beckles vizt.
