Which Decln. and Demurer being read and ye Said Michael Earle Attorney
for ye Said Anne Smith Plaintf. Exx. as Afsd. making noe Answer to ye Said
Demurer ye Said Defendants by theire Said Attry moves ye Court for a Non Suite
which was granted unto him

Therefore it is Considered by ye Court here vizt. ye 25. Day of June Anno
        Domi. 1701 That ye Said Defendants Nathanll. Cleave and Hannah his wife in
theire Capacities as to ye Said Action Soe as Afsd. brought goe thereof wthout day
and it is likewise Considered That ye Said Defendants Nathanll. Cleave & Hannah
his wife in their Afsd Capacities doe recover from ye Said Plaintf. Anne Smith
in her Said Capacitie as well ye Said Sume of fifty pounds of Tobo for A Non Suite
according to Act of Assembly &a as alsoe ye Sume of Two hundred Twenty & five
pounds of Tobo cost of Suite in that case laid out & Expended & ye Said Anne Smith
