           Maryland sc.t  Know all men by these presents that We Ignatius Fenwick of Enoch Ignatius
       Fenwick Jun.r and Francis Fenwick of Saint Marys County are held and firmly bound unto the State
       of Maryland in the full and Just sum of one hundred and fifty pounds Gold Currency to be paid to the
       said State of Maryland To the which payment well and truly to be made and Done We bind ourselves
       and each of us Our and each of our Heirs Executors and Administrators firmly by these presents
       Sealed with our Seals and Dated this fourteenth day of September Anno Domini One thousand
       Seven hundred and Eighty one The Condition of the above Obligation is such that if the above bound
       Ignatius Fenwick of Enoch do and shall well and Truly pay or Cause to be paid unto the Treasurer
       of the Western Shore for the time being the Just and full Sum of eight shillings and four pence per
       Acre for Lot or Tenement marked in the plot made in the year 1768 N.o 9 Seven Shillings & six pence
       p Acre for the Lot or Tenement marked N.o 10 on said plat and ten Shillings per acre for the Vacancy
       Contained between said Lots the Contents to be Ascertained by Accurate Survey in Gold and silver
       Rating Milled Dollars at Seven Shillings and Six pence and other Gold and Silver at the rate
       Mentioned in an Act entitled an Act for the emission of Bills of Credit &c passed May session 1781
       or in Bills of Credit of the emission of the tenth of May 1781 to the Actual Value thereof in the proportions
       and on the days following to wit One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first day of
       September 1782 with Legal Interest thereon  One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the
       first day of September 1783 with Legal Interest thereon and the other Third part thereof as aforesaid
       on or before the first day of September 1784 with Legal Interest thereon  then the above
       Obligation to be Void Else to Remain in full force and Virtue in Law

       and William Hatton Stone of Saint Mary's County are held and firmly bound unto the State
       of Maryland in the full and Just sum of two hundred pounds Gold Currency to be paid to the said
       State of Maryland To the which payment well and truly to be made and Done We bind ourselves
       and each of us Our and each of our Heirs Executors and Administrators Jointly and severally
       firmly by these presents Sealed with our Seals and Dated this fourteenth day of September
       Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighty one The Condition of the above
       Obligation is such that if the above Bound Joseph Stone do and shall well and truly pay or Cause
       to be paid unto the Treasurer of the Western Shore for the time being the Just and full Sum of
       ten shillings per acre for all the Land which upon an Accurate Survey shall be found to be Contained in
       Lot or Tenement marked N.o 3 on the plat of Beaverdam Manor made by Jonathan Abell in the year 1768
       and the Sum of fifteen Shilling per acre for all the Land in N.o 4 of said Plat in Gold and Silver Rating
       Milled Dollars at Seven Shillings and Six pence and other Gold and Silver at the Rates mentioned in
       an Act entitled an Act for the emission of Bills of Credit &c passed May session 1781 or in Bills of Credit
       of the emission of the tenth of May 1781 to the Actual Value thereof in the proportions and on the days
       following to wit One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first day of September 1782 with
       Legal Interest thereon  One third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first day of September 1783 with
       Legal Interest thereon and the other third part thereof as aforesaid on or before the first day of September
