7 Prince George's County fs This fifteenth day of March Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Eighty three personally appeared before us two of the Justices of the Peace for the said County Jacob Funck party to the above deed and executed the same in due form of the Law and acknowledged the premisses therein mentioned to be the right Title and Interest of the therein named Conrade Dull his heirs and Assigns forever Jos.a Beall Acknowledged before us W.m Berry Recorded 17 March 1783 Ex.d This Indenture made this fourth day of March in the year of our Lord One thousand Seven hundred and eighty three Between Samuel Chase of the City of Annapolis in Anne Arundel County of the State of Maryland and Thomas Dorsey of the same County and State Witnesseth that the said Samuel Chase for and in consideration of the sum of Two thousand Pounds current money to him in hand paid by the said Thomas Dorsey before ensealing and delivery of these presences the receipt whareof he doth hearby acknowledge and thereof and of eavery part and Parcel doth fully clearley and absolutely acquit exonerate and discharge the said Thomas Dorsey his executors or Administrators by these presents the said Samuel Chase hath granted bargained sold Aliend enfeffed and confirmed and by these presence doth grant bargain sell alien enfeff and confirm unto the said Thomas Dorsey his heirs or assigns all and eavery part of the sereaval Tracts or parcels of Land laying on Elk ridge in Ann arundel coty caled and known by the naims of Troy addition to Troy and Calebs purchis (formerly cald Blackwells sarch) Troy resurvayd and granted to Basil Dorsey on the Twenty second day of March One thousand Seaven hundred and Thirty for one Thousand and Sixteen Acres of land more or less Addition to Troy granted to Caleb Dorsey in the year One Thousand Seven hundred and Nineteen for one hundred acres of Land more or less Calebs purches granted to Caleb Dorsey on the Twenty seacond day of March One Thousand seven hundred and Thirty for twelve hundred and Fifty five acres of Land more or less Togeather with all the Lands that lays within the lines of the seaveral Tracts or parcels of Land the Orriginals as well as the Orriginals resurvays to all bounds and boundaries to the said tracts or parcells of land as well the Orriginals as Resurvays Togeather with all and singular the houses gardains Orchards and Improvements to the same belonging and also reversion and Reversions remainder and Remainders right estate Interest Benefit claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Samuel Chase of in & to all and singular the said premises & of in and to Eavery Part and parcel thereof to have and to hold the seaveral tracts or parcels of Land and all and Singular the premises herein before mentioned and intended to be hearby granted with there and eavery of there appurtenances unto the said Thomas Dorsey his heirs and assigns forever to the only use and Behoof of him the said Thomas Dorsey his heirs and Assigns and the said Samuel Chase for himself and his heirs will warrant and defend against any Person claiming by from or under him or them In Witness hearof the said Samuel Chase hath set his hand and fix his seal the day and year above written Samuel Chase (S) Signed sealed and deliverd in the presence of Allen Quinn W.m Hyde Nota Bone The last above Deed ought to have been recorded after the next ensuing proceeding Deed |
