       To the aforegoing power of Attorney were annexed the following Certificates
       and Depositions and Account to wit

             The aforegoing Letter of Attorney was this day duly signed sealed
       Executed and Delivered by Israel Mauduit William Mauduit and
       John Phillibrown therein named and described in my presence which
       I attest Witness my Notarial firm and Seal in London the third day
       of October One thousand seven hundred and Eighty five

                                                                      William Mauduit of
       the Parish of Saint Dionis Back Church London Merchant late partner
       with Israel Mauduit Thomas Wright (now deceased) and John Phillibrown
       under the firm of "Mauduit Wright & C.o" and now partner with the said
       Israel Mauduit under the firm of "Israel & William Mauduit" and
       John Hilton of the said Parish of Saint Dionis Back Church late Clerk
       or Book-keeper to the partnership Trade of "Mauduit Wright & C.o" and
       now Clerk or Book-keeper to the partnership of Israel & William Mauduit
       Do jointly and severally Make Oath depose and say as follows and
       First these Deponents do for themselves say that the account current hereunto
       annexed Intitled "Mess.rs West & Hobson Acc.t Curr.t D.rs with "Mauduit
       Wright & C.o C.rs" Signed Israel Mauduit W.m Mauduit Jn.o Phillibrown
       surviving partners of Thomas Wright deceased is a just and true account
       in every particular That there is now justly due and owing to the aforesaid
       partnership account of "Mauduit Wright & C.o" from the late partnership of
       West & Hobson or their Estate under which firm Stephen West of the State
       of Maryland Merchant and John Hobson formerly of Maryland and
       afterwards of London Merchant carried on Trade the full and just sum
       of Two thousand four hundred and ninety eight pounds three shillings
       and two pence of lawful money of Great Britain for the ballance of their
       said Account Current hereunto annexed as thereby may appear exclusive
       of Interest from the first day of April One thousand seven hundred and
       seventy five  And these Deponents say that the several sums of Money
       charged in the Debit side of the said annexed account as cash paid to divers
       portions therein named were actually paid by the said partnersh of Mauduit
