             Know all Men by these presents that Israel Manduit William
       Manduit and John Phillibrown of London Merchants Surving partners
       of Thomas Wright late of London Merchant deceased which said Israel
       Manduit William Manduit Thomas Wright and John Phillibrown
       carried on Trade under the firm of Manduit Wright & C.o" Have made
       ordained constituted authorized and appointed and by these presents Do
       make ordain constitute authorize and appoint John Clapham of High
       Street Saint Mary Le Bone in the County of Middlesex Gentleman and
       Jonas Clapham of Philadelphia in the State of Pensylvania Merchant
       jointly and severally their true and lawful attornies  Giving and hereby
       granting unto their said attornies or either of them full power and lawful
       authority for them the said Constituents and in their names and surviving
       partners aforesaid or in the names or name of any or either of them to ask
       demand recover and receive of and from Thomas Jen^n^ings now or late of
       Annapolis in the State of Maryland Gentleman his Executors or Administrators
       all and every or any papers writings accounts Letters accepted
       Bills agreements for Ballances signed and all other vouchers and proofs
       whatever which belong to them the constituent and sent by them to the said
       Thomas Jennings or delivered to him by Daniel Dulany of the State of
       Maryland for and in their behalf and to ask demand levy sue for and
       by all lawful ways and means recover and receive of and from Stephen
       West now or late of the State of Maryland aforesaid Merchant his heirs
       Executors or Administrators and of and from the Heirs Executors or Administrators
       of John Hobson formerly of Maryland and afterwards of London
       Merchant which said Stephen West and John Hobson were partners in Trade
       under the firm of "West & Hobson" or of and from any or either of them all
       such sum and sums of Money Goods wares Merchandize Effects Estate and
       things which now are or shall or may hereafter be due owing payable belonging
       or in any wise appertaining unto the aforesaid partnership account of
       Mauduit Wright & C.o or to them the constituents in the qualities aforesaid
       whether by Bond Note Bill Book debt account consignment Mortgage
       Contract agreement decree Sentence Judgment Execution Extent or for by
       or upon any other account way reason or means soever Nothing in Law
       or Equity excepted or reserved and to that end with all and every or any
       person or persons whom it shall or may concern to account and to view
