             Merchantable and clear of trash nor receive pass or stamp any Tobacco or Hogshead
       of Tobacco prohibited by an Act of Assembly entitled an act for the regulation of the
       Staple of Tobacco and that he will receive pass and Stamp all Tobacco that is Sound well
       conditioned Merchantable and clear of Trash and in all things well and faithfully
       discharge his duty in the office of an Inspector according to the best of his skill and
       Judgment and according to the directions of the said Act without fear favour
       affection Malice or partiality and that he will in all things well and faithfully execute
       and perform the several Duties required of him by this Act then the above obligation
       to be void otherwise to remain and be in full force and Virtue in Law

                Know all Men by these presents that we Nicholas Blacklock
       Sam.l Townshend Jon.a Burch Francis Clement Dyer Tho.s Young John
       Hancock Beans Walter Dent of Prince Georges County in the State of Maryland
       are held and firmly bound unto the State of Maryland in the full and just Quantity
       of Two hundred thousand pounds of good sound Merchantable Tobacco in Casks to
       be paid to the State of Maryland to which payment well and truly to be made and
       done we bind ourselves our Heirs Executors and Administrators Jointly and severally
       for the whole and in the whole firmly by these presents Sealed with our seals and
       dated the tenth day of December in the Year Seventeen hundred & Eighty five

                         Now the Condition of the above obligation is such that if the above
       bound Nicholas Blacklock do well and truly serve the State of Maryland in the
       Office of High Sheriff of the County of Prince Georges in the State aforesaid and in all
       things well and truly execute the same office and also shall render to the said
       State of Maryland and the officers thereof a true and faithfull account of all and
       singular the States rights and dues and to the Officers a true and Just account of
       of their fees that he shall or may be intrusted by the State of Ma^r^yland and the officers
       thereof within the said State to receive and collect his account to the said State of
