454) Land more or less and all the Estate right Title Interest Inheritance use possession Reversion Remainder Yearly rent profits property claim and Demand whatsoever or howsoever both in Law and Equity of him the said William Booth or any person or persons in Trust for him of in and to the said hereby granted premises and every part or parcel thereof To have and to hold the said Premisses above granted with their appurtenances unto the said Mary Valens her heirs and Assigns for ever to the only use and Behoof of her the said Mary Valens her heirs and Assigns for ever and the said William Booth for himself his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns and for ever of them doth hereby covenant grant and agree to and with the said Mary Valens that he the said William Booth his heirs and assigns the aforesaid Tracts or parcels with all their appurtenances from and against him the said William Booth and his heirs and from and against all and every other person or persons whatsoever claiming or to claim from by or under him the said William Booth and ^or^ his heirs shall and will well and truly defend for ever and Warrant by these presents unto the said Mary Valens her heirs and assigns for ever and that he the said William Booth will at any time hereafter make and execute any further assurance or reasonable act or thing in the Law for the better conveying and assuring of the said hereby granted Premises unto and to the use of the said Mary Valens her heirs and assigns forever as by him or her or his or her Council learned in the Law shall in that behalf be reasonably advised or required In Witness whereof the said William Booth hath hereunto set his hand and Seal the day and year aforesaid Signed Sealed and Delivered in presence of W.m Booth (seal) A C Hanson Horatio Ridout On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Endorsed (to wit) November 28.th 1785 Received of Mary Valens five Shillings the consideration Money within mentioned Witness A C Hanson W.m Booth Maryland ss.t November 28 1785 Then came William Booth party to the within writing before me the subscriber one of the Judges of the General Court and did acknowledge the same to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within mentioned Mary Valens her heirs and assigns forever according to the Intent and meaning of the same Deed and the act of assembly in that case made and provided 7¾ sides A C Hanson Recorded this 28.th of November 1785 |
