       right Title Interest property claim and Demand whatsoever both at Law
       and in Equity of her the said Elizabeth Mackubin of in and to the aforesaid
       Lots of Ground or either of them and the remainder and remainders reversion
       and reversions rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part and parcel
       thereof To have and to hold the aforesaid Lots or portions of Ground unto
       him the said Thomas Rutland his heirs and assigns forever and the said
       Elizabeth Mackubin for herself and her heirs doth hereby Covenant and
       agree to and with the ^afore^said Thomas Rutland that she the said Elizabeth
       Mackubin the Lots of Land aforesaid with the premises and appurtenances
       from and against all persons whatsoever claiming by from or under her and
       her Heirs unto him the said Thomas Rutland his heirs and assigns shall
       and will warrant and forever Defend  In Witness whereof the said Elizabeth
       Mackubin hath hereunto set her hand and affixed her seal the day and
       year first above written

                      Maryland to wit On the 23.d day of November 1785 Came before
       the subscriber one of the Judges of the General Court Elizabeth Mackubin
       party to the foregoing Instrument of writing and acknowledged the same
       to be her Act and Deed and the Lots or portions of Ground therein Mentioned
       to be the right Title and Estate of Thomas Rutland therein mentioned his
       heirs and assigns forever according to the true Intent and Meaning thereof
