410) and thereof and therefrom acquit discharge and release the said Charles Wallace John Muir and Isaac Harris Hath granted bargained Sold aliened enfeoffed released and confirmed and by these presents the said Robert Long doth grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release and confirm unto them the said Charles Wallace John Muir and Isaac Harris all that Tract or parcel of Land called Mill Seat lying and being in Ann Arundel County on the North Side of Magothy River as described in the Patent granted to the said Robert Long on the Fourteenth day of October in the year one thousand seven hundred and Eighty two and all that Part of a Tract or parcel of Land called Aldridge lying and being in the County aforesaid Beginning for the same part at a small marked Pine sapling standing near the South West side of Magothy River close by two small Locust saplings both growing from one Root standing in Hollow just above the upper End of the Narrows of the said river and running thence as expressed in a deed of Bargain and sale made by Richard Cheney to the said Robert Long on the twenty ninth day of June in the year one thousand seven hundred and Eighty two for the said Land containing two acres of Land More or less To have and To hold the said Tract of Land called Mill Seat and the said part of the Tract of Land called Aldridge herein before mentioned and described and premises with the appurtenances unto them the said Charles Wallace John Muir and Isaac Harris in manner and form aforesaid that is to say unto the said Charles Wallace his Heirs and Assigns for ever Three undivided Eight parts of the said Land and premises unto the said John Muir his Heirs and Assigns for ever T^h^ree undivided Eight parts of the said Land and premises and unto the said Isaac Harris his Heirs and Assigns for ever Two undivided eight parts of the said Lands and premises as Tenants in Common and not as Joint Tenants and all the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust property claim and demand both in Law and Equity of him the said Robert Long of in and to the said Tract of Land called Mill seat and part of the Tract called Aldridge and premises with the appurtenances to the same and each of them belonging and appurtaining And the said Robert Long for himself his Heirs Executors or Administrators and Assigns doth covenant grant and agree to and with the said Charles Wallace John Muir and Isaac Harris their heirs and assigns that he the said Robert Long and his heirs shall and will at the reasonable request cost and charges of them the said Charles Wallace John Muir and Isaac Harris make execute and deliver such other and further conveyance and conveyances for the better assuring and conveying the said Lands and premises with the appurtenances to the said Charles Wallace John Muir and Isaac Harris their Heirs and Assigns in Manner and Form aforesaid as shall be advised devised or required by the said Charles Wallace John Muir and Isaac Harris their Heirs or Assigns or their council Learned in the Law In Testimony whereof the said Robert Long hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year first above written Signed Sealed & Delivered Rob.t Long (seal) the word (side) being first interlined in the presence of Allen Quynn Tho.s Gassaway On the back of the aforegoing Deed was thus endorsed Viz.t On the sixteenth August 1785 Received of Charles Wallace John Muir and Isaac Harris within named one thousand pounds Current Money being the consideration within mentioned Witness Rob.t Long Allen Quynn (on) |
