       Part thereof is secured and will in due Course of Law be recovered  And
       Whereas from the friendship and Esteem which I have and bear for and
       towards Miss Rebecca Maria Harriet Anderson Daughter of the said
       James Anderson I am desirous of making unto her a Certain Gift and
       Grant out of the said Sum of Money in the Manner and upon the conditions
       herein after expressed  Now know ye that I the said Richard
       Bennett Lloyd as well in Consideration of the friendship and Esteem
       which I have and bear towards the said Miss Rebecca Maria Harriet
       Anderson as of five Shillings lawful Money aforesaid by her to me
       in hand paid  Have given and granted and by these presents
       Do give and grant unto her the said Miss Rebecca Maria Harriet Anderson
       the Sum of Two thousand Pounds Sterling lawful Money of Great Britain
       out of the Monies due as aforesaid to me from her said Father James
       Anderson or so much of the said Sum of Two thousand Pounds Sterling as shall
       at any time or times hereafter be recovered and received by me my Executors
       Administrators or Assigns out of the Debt or Sum of Money due to me as aforesaid
       To Have and To Hold the said sum of Two thousand pounds sterling or so
       much thereof as shall be recovered or received as aforesaid unto the said
       Miss Rebecca Maria Harriet Anderson her Executors Administrators and
       Assigns for Ever  Provided always Nevertheless and it is hereby declared
       that this Gift and Grant is only made out of the said Debt or Sum of Money due
       and payable to me as aforesaid from the said James Anderson and in such
       Manner that neither me any Heirs Executors Administrators or Estate real
       personal or mixt shall in any wise be answerable therefor or for any part
       thereof further than ^as^ I or they or any of them shall or may recover and receive out of
       the said Debt or sum of Money due and payable from the said James Anderson to
       me as aforesaid and upon this express Condition that the said Rebecca Maria Harriet
       Anderson her Heirs Executors Administrators or Assigns shall not be entitled to demand
       have recover or receive any thing in Virtue of this Conditional Gift or Grant unless
       a Recovery or receipt shall be had and take place in manner aforesaid in the
       whole or in part of the Monies due and payable to me as aforesaid from the
       said James Anderson and that neither she or they shall at any time or times
       be entitled to demand have recover and ^or^ receive more than the said Sum of Two
       thousand Pounds Sterling Money aforesaid                     Witness my Hand and
       Seal this seventh day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand and Seven
