(367 Lott forty five Perches from the end of the Line then with the said Line North seven Degrees West forty four Perches to the end of the Line North forty one Degrees and an half East thirty six Perches North one Degrees West one hundred and six Perches North sixty two Degrees East thirty Perches South thirty four Degrees East Eighty Perches North fifty two Degrees East two hundred and Eight Perches North forty nine Degrees West thirty eight Perches North eight Degrees East one hundred and two Perches West seventy five Perches North thirty five Degrees East sixty two Perches North seventy Degrees East twenty perches South thirty Degrees East sixty Perches North twenty six Degrees East thirty two perches South eighty six Degrees and one quarter East fifty three Perches to intersect the twenty ninth Course of Wood's Lott twenty two perches from the end of the said line thence North Nineteen Degrees West twenty two perches North fifty seven Degrees East one hundred and six perches South fifty one Degrees East forty perches North Seventy Degrees East forty six perches South Eighteen Degrees West one hundred and three perches South sixty five Degrees and one half west sixty eight perches to the end of the twenty seventh line of Wood's Lott then with a straight line to the beginning containing and laid out for Nine hundred and thirty seven Acres of Land Together with all Buildings Erections and Improvements thereon made ways alleys Paths Passages Waters Water Courses Easements profits privileges advantages Emolum.ts Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said hereby granted and bargained and sold premises or any part thereof belonging or in any wise appertaining or therewith usually enjoyed And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part thereof and also all the estate right Title Trust Interest property claim and demand whatsoever of him the said Thomas Dorsey of in to or out of the said hereby granted and conveyed premises or any part thereof To Have and To Hold the said Tracts parts of Tracts and Parcels of Ground hereby bargained and Sold with the Appurtenances unto the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns to and for the only proper use of him the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns for Ever and to and for no other use intent or purpose whatsoever And the said Thomas Dorsey doth hereby for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns the hereby bargained and Sold premises with the Appurtenances unto him the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns against him the said Thomas Dorsey and his Heirs and all Persons claiming or to claim under him or them or under the Heirs of a certain John Howard deceased any Estate Right Title Trust or Interest of in or to the said Premises hereby bargained and Sold or any part thereof particularly that part of the Tract of Land called the Resurvey on part of Woods Lott above described shall and will by these presents for ever Warrant and defend And more over that he the said Thomas Dorsey and his Heirs and all persons claiming or to claim any Estate right Title or Interest of in to or out of the said hereby bargained and sold premises or any part thereof from by or under or in Trust for him or them or by from or under the said John Howard Deceased shall and will from time |
