366) Delivrd This Indenture made the twelfth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Eighty five Between Thomas Dorsey of Ann Arundel County in the State of Maryland Gentleman of the one part and Thomas Usher of Baltimore County Merchant of the other part Witnesseth that for and in Consideration of the Sum of two thousand five hundred Pounds Current Money of Maryland to him the said Thomas Dorsey in hand paid by the said Thomas Usher at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged he the said Thomas Dorsey Hath given granted bargained and sold Enfeoffed and Confirmed and by these Presents Doth Give grant bargain and Sell Enfeoff and Confirm unto the said Thomas Usher his Heirs and Assigns All Those Tracts Parts of Tracts and Parcels of Land hereafter mentioned and described Situate lying and being in Frederick County in the State of Maryland that is to say that is to say All That part of a Tract or Parcell of Land called The Request Beginning for the said Parcel of Land at the end of the Nineteenth line of a Tract of Land called Wood's Inclosure otherwise known by the Name of Wood's Lott and running thence North forty seven Degrees East one hundred and thirty perches South one hundred and sixty perches South Sixty eight Degrees West Ninety two Perches South thirty Degrees West thirty Perches South Sixty Nine Degrees East one hundred and sixty three Perches North forty six Degrees forty Minutes East one hundred and thirty Nine Perches across the Land to intersect the eighth course of the said Land sixty three perches on the said line then North sixty Nine Degrees West Ninety five perches North nineteen Degrees West one hundred and thirty perches North Eighty three perches; North sixty Nine Degrees East forty perches then by a straight line to the Beginning containing two hundred and sixty three acres clear of Elder Surveys; And also all that part of a Tract of Land called The Resurvey on part of Wood's Lott beginning for the same at the end of the thirteenth line of the whole Tract of Land and running thence South forty three Degrees West Seventy Perches South seven Degrees East Eighty six Perches & five fifths of a Perches to the end of the fourth course of a Tract of Land called Friendship then with the said Land the two following courses to wit South forty three Degrees West fifty one Perches North seventy two Degrees and one half West sixty two Perches to the second course of the Land called The Request then reverse of the said Course North sixty five Perches to the beginning of the said course South forty seven Degrees West one hundred and thirty Perches to the end of the Nineteenth Course of Woods Lott then with the said Land South forty seven Degrees West sixty perches North seventy six Degrees West twenty Perches South sixty four Degrees West eighteen Perches to the second line of a Tract of Land called Dear bought then reverse the said Line North seven Degrees West one hundred and sixteen Perches North sixteen Degrees East forty six Perches to intersect the twenty second Line of Woods Lott |
