       Circle then by and with the said Circle to the beginning of the part now sold
       Together with all ways Profits Commodities Improvements Advantages
       Hereditaments and Appertenances whatsoever To the aforesaid part of a
       Lott belonging or in anywise Appertaining and the Reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Iss^h^ues and Profits of the said Premises and of
       Every Part and Parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest
       Claim Demand Whatsoever of him the said Thomas Dorsey of in and
       to the Said Part of a Lott herein before Described and every part thereof
       To have and to hold the said Part of a Lot and all and Singular Other
       the Premises Aforementioned and every Part and Parcel thereof
       with the Appurtenances unto the said Joseph Wilkins his Heirs
       and Assigns to the only Proper use and behoof of the said Joseph Wilkins
       his Heirs and Assigns forever and the said Thomas Dorsey for
       himself His heirs the aforesaid part of a Lot of ground hereby conveyed
       and Premises every Part thereof against him and his Heirs and
       Against all and every other Person and Persons Whatsoever claiming
       by from or under him to the said Joseph Wilkins his Heirs and Assigns
       shall and will Warrant and forever defend by these Presents In Witness
       Whereof the said Thomas Dorsey hath hereto set his hand and Affixed
       his Seale the Day and Year Abovewritten
