       Court for the State of Maryland and severally acknowledged the within Deed
       to be their and each of their Act and Acts Deed and Deeds and the Land and premises
       therein Mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within named John Rogers
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the same
       Deed and the Act of Assembly of the State of Maryland in that Case made and
       Provided  At the same time the said Elizabeth Wife of the said Thomas Stains
       being by me Privately examined apart from and out of the hearing of her said Husband
       declared that she made her acknowledgment of the said Deed willingly and freely
       and without being induced thereto by fears or Threats of or ill usage by her said
       Husband or fear of his Displeasure                                 A C Hanson

          This Indenture made the Eight day of October in the year of our Lord
       one thousand seven hundred and eighty four  Between James Young at present
       of the City of Philadelphia but legally of Baltimore Town in the State of Maryland
       Merchant and Ann his Wife of the one Part and Charles Young of the said
       City Merchant and Captain Josua Barney of Baltimore Town aforesaid
       of the other Part  Witnesseth that the said James young as well for and
       in Consideration of all and every the Just Debts and sums of Money
       dew and owing by him the said James to any Person or Persons whatsoever
       and for payment of The same Debts as of the sum of five shillings unto the
       said James Young and Ann his Wife by the said Charles Young and Joshua
       Barney well and truly paid the Receipt whereof the said James Young and
       Ann his Wife do hereby acknowledge hath and hereby doth grant Bargain
       sell alien ^En^feoff assign transfer set over release and confirm unto the said
       Charles Young and Joshua Barney their Heirs Executors Administrators and
       Assigns all and every the Messuages Lots of Ground Lands Tenements
       Rents Hereditaments and all other ^the^ Goods Chattels Effects and Estate real
       Person or Mixed as by a Schedule of said real Estate hereunto annexed
       may appear Marked A whatsoever or wheresoever of him the said James
       Young in Pennsylvania Maryland or elsewhere in The World of what
