275 Lloyd his Heirs and Assigns for ever to his and their whole and sole benefit use and behoof and to and for no other use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever and the same James Williams for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators hath Covenanted granted and agreed and by these Presents doth Covenant Grant and agree to and with the said Edward Lloyd his Heirs Executors and Administrators that he the same James Williams at the time of the signing and ensealing of these Presents is Seised of a Pure and indefeazable Estate of Inheritance in fee Simple in and to all and singular the before Mentioned Lands and Premises and every Part and Parcel thereof and that he the same James Williams his Heirs Executors and Administrators shall and will for ever Warrant and Defend all and singular the before Mentioned Lands Premises and every Part and Parcel thereof within the limits bounds and Courses herein before expressed to him the same Edward Lloyd his Heirs and Assigns for ever from the Claim or Claims of him the same James Williams his Heirs and Assigns and from the Claim or Claims of any other Person or Persons who now Claim or who may hereafter Claim the same or any Part or Parcel thereof or any of the Benefits Advantages or Emoluments unto the same or any Parcell thereof belonging from him the same Edward Lloyd his Heirs and Assigns and the same James Williams for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth Covenant Grant and agree to and with the same Edward Lloyd his Heirs Executors and Administrators that he the same James Williams his Heirs and Assigns shall and will at all times hereafter at the reasonable request of the same Edward Lloyd his Heirs or Assigns make any such further or other Assurance or Conveyance of the same Lands and Benefits for the More Perfect Assuring and Conveying the same Lands and Premises to him the same Edward Lloyd his Heirs or Assigns as by him or them shall ever hereafter be required In Testimony whereof the same James Williams hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his Seal the day and year above Written Signed Sealed & Delivered In the Presence off James Williams (Seal) A C Hanson At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was Written as follows Viz.t Received this 8.th day of December in the year of Seventeen hundred and eighty four of the aforesaid Edward Lloyd the Sum of one Thousand two hundred Pounds Current Money of Maryland it being the Consideration expressed in the above Deed Test James Williams A C Hanson Maryland to wit Be it remembered that on the eighth Day of December in the year One thousand seven hundred and eighty four Personally appeared before me the Subscriber one of the Judges of the General Court the before Mentioned James Williams and Acknowledged the above Instrument of Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premises in the same Contained to be the right title Interest and Estate of the before Mentioned Edward Lloyd his Heirs and Assigns for ever according to the True Intent and Meaning of the said (Deed) |
