266 Thirty six Degrees East eighty Perches South thirty and a half Degrees West fifty seven Perches North eighty five Degrees West ninety Seven Perches South fifty Seven and a half Degrees West sixty nine Perches to the end of the seventh line of a Tract of Land called Town Creek now in Possession of Marsham Dean then South forty two perches to the Town Creek then up by and with the said Creek South seventy two Degrees West nineteen Perches South eighty three Degrees West twenty four Perches North eighty Degrees West seventeen Perches North fifty eight Degrees West twenty six Perches North forty two Degrees West twenty two Perches North ten Perches North twenty nine Degrees East thirteen Perches to a Hickory Tree on the East bank of the Creek Marked with two Chops on three sides then across the Creek North thirteen Perches North thirty Degrees East nineteen Perches North eighty Degrees East thirty two Perches South seventy two and a Half Degrees East fifty seven Perches to a White Oak with two Chops on three sides then North fifty seven and a half Degrees East seventy Eight Perches North twenty Degrees East fifty six Perches North forty five Degrees West thirty three Perches North forty eight Degrees East one hundred and fifty six Perches South fifty five Degrees East one hundred and two Perches South thirty two Perches West forty Perches North seventy eight Degrees West sixty Perches then by a strait Line to the beginning containing and now laid out for one hundred and seventy five Acres of Land To have and to Hold the said Tract of Land called Horsepasture to him the said John Courts Jones to the only Proper use and behoof of him the said John Courts Jones and to or for no other use intent or purpose ^Whatsoever^ And the said William Deakins for himself and his Heirs doth hereby Covenant and agree that the said Tract of Land called Horse pasture to the said John Courts Jones his Heirs and Assigns against him the said William Deakins his heirs and Assigns or any Person or Persons Claiming by from or under him or them or any or either of them shall and will warrant and for ever Defend In Witness whereof the said William Deakins hath hereunto set his hand & seal the Day and Year above written Signed Sealed and Delivered In Presence of William Deakins Jun.r (Seal) Richard Thomson Tho Beall of Geo On the back of the aforegoing Deed was Endorsed as follows (to wit) Received the 24.th day of July 1784 the Consideration Within Mentioned Witness Richard Thompson Tho Beall of Geo Will Deakins Jun.r On the 24 Day of July 1784 appeared before us two of the Justices of the Peace for Montgomery County in the State of Maryland William Deakins Party to the within Deed and Acknowledged the same to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses therein Mentioned to be the right and Estate of the within named John Courts Jones his Heirs and Assigns forever Acknowledged before us Richard Thompson Tho Beall of Geo |
