Exam.d & Delv.d
       This Indenture made this thirteenth Day of October in the year of our Lord One
       thousand seven hundred and eighty four  Between John Booker Meeke of Charles County
       in the State of Maryland of the one part and Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer of the City of
       Annapolis in the said State of the other Part  Witnesseth that the John Booker Meeke as
       well for and in Consideration of the sum of Ninety five Pounds Specie paid by the said Daniel
       of Saint Thomas Jenifer before the sealing and Delivery of these Presents the receipt whereof the
       said John Booker Meeke doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom and from every Part
       and Parcel thereof doth exonerate acquit & Discharge the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer
       his Heirs and Assigns for ever as for Divers other Good Causes and Considerations him
       thereunto moving hath Granted Bargained sold Alien'd Enfeoffed and confirmed and by
       these Presents Doth Bargain Sell Alien Enfeoff and Confirm and make over unto
       the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that Parcel
       or Part of a Tract of Land called Chai^r^mans Purchase bering one third of the whole Tract
       taken up by John Chai^r^man on or about the Year One thousand six hundred and sixty three
       for two hundred Acres adjoining to a Tract of Land Called the freehold which said third
       now contains but sixty Acres and one third of an Acre  To have and to Hold the
       aforesaid Parcel of Land and Premisses with all and singular the Appurtenances before
       granted to him the said Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer his Heirs and Assigns forever
       and the said John Booker Meeke Doth Covenant Grant Agree to and with the said Daniel
       of saint Thomas Jenifer his heirs and Assigns that he has full power and absolute right
       and Authority to Dispass of the said Bargained Land & Presses & that he hereby
       Covenants Grants and agrees that he will Warrant and for ever Defend the said Sixty Acres
       and one third of an Acre of Land lying between a Tract of Land called the freehold and
       that Part of Chai^r^mans Purchase in Possession of Daniel Jenifer Purchased of
       Cleon Moore & Henry Britt from all and ever person claiming or to Claims the same In
       Witness whereof the said John Booker Meeke hath hereunto set his hand and seal the Day
       and Year aforesaid

       On the back of the aforegoing Deed was Endorsed as follows to wit

       October the 13.th 1784 then came before me one of the Judges of the General Courts John
       Booker Meeke Party to the with Deed and Acknowledged the same to be his Act & Deed
       and the Land and Premisses therein Mentioned with the Appurtenances to be the right title
       and Estate of the within named Daniel of S.t Thomas Jenifer his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever According to the Purport true Intent and Meaning of said Deed
