       To have and to hold the said several Tracts Parts of Tracts and Parcels of Land above discribed
       and premises with every of the Appurtenances unto the said Evelyn Pierepont his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever to the only Proper Use and behoof of the said Evelyn Pierepont his Heirs and Assigns for ever  In
       Trust for the following Uses Intents and Purposes to wit  In Trust in the first Place that he the
       said Evelyn Pierepont his Heirs and Assigns shall have full Power and Absolute Authority at
       any time after the Twenty third Day of September which shall happen in the year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and Eighty six in case Default shall be made by the said Thomas Dorsey
       in Payment of the aforesaid sum of two Thousand six hundred and forty Pounds Sterling Money
       of Great Britain Payable in Gold or Silver together with all Interest thereon to become due on
       or before the twenty third Day of September which shall happen in the year of our Lord one thousand
       seven hundred and eighty six to set up and expose the said Tracts Parts of Tracts and Parcels of
       Land above discribed or any Part at public Vendue to the hiest Bidder after giving six Weeks
       Notice by Public Advertizment of the time and Place of such Public sale and the same
       Lands and Premises or any Part thereof when sold as aforesaid to convey and make over be good
       and sufficient Deed or Deeds in fee Simple to the purchaser or purchasers thereof or any Part
       or Parcel thereof  And upon the further Trust that he the said Evelyn Pierepont his Heirs
       and Assigns after such sale and conveyance so as aforesaid to be made in case of Default in
       Payment of the Principal Sum and Interest aforesaid at the Period aforesaid shall
       retain keep and satisfy himself or themselves the aforesaid sum of two Thousand six hundred
       and forty Pounds sterling Money of Great Britain together with all Interest thereon
       to become due and Arising and ^the^ residue of the Purchase Money after Paying and satisfying
       the Debt and Interest above mentioned if any shall remain he the said Evelyn Pierepont
       his Heirs and Assigns shall pay over the same to the said Thomas Dorsey his
       Executors Administrators and Assigns  And the said Thomas Dorsey for himself his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators doth also further Covenant and agree with the said Evelyn
       Pierepont his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns that he the said Thomas Dorsey
       will well and truly pay to the aforesaid Evelyn Pierepont his Executors Administrators and
       Assigns the aforesaid sum of two thousand six hundred and forty Pounds Sterling Money
       together with Interest thereon payable annually on or before the Twenty third Day of September
       which shall happen in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and eighty six and
       further the said Thomas Dorsey for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators
       doth Covenant and agree with the said Evelyn Pierepont his Heirs and Assigns that he
       the said Thomas Dorsey and his Heirs shall and will at all Times hereafter in case Default
       shall be made in payment of the principal sum and Interest as aforesaid and the Lands
       aforesaid or any Part thereof shall be sold in Virtue of the Trusts aforesaid that he the said
       Thomas Dorsey and his Heirs shall and will whenever thereafter requested make and execute
       or cause to be made and executed any further or other Act or Acts Deed or Deeds for the confirmation
