             Borough of Liverpool to wit   To the aforegoing Deed was annexed as follows
                                           Edward Newsham of Liverpool in the County of Lancaster
       and Kingdom of Great Britain Gentleman maketh Oath that he did see
       Johnson Gildart named in the Parchment Writing hereto annexed sign ^seal^ Deliver and
       Execute in due form of Law the same Parchment Writing purporting ^to^ be a Power of
       Attorney from the said Johnson Gildart to James Wignell therein named for the
       Purposes therein mentioned  And this Deponent saith that the name of Johnson Gildart
       thereto Subscribed as the Party executing the same and also the Names of this Deponent
       and Hen Brown appearing to be thereon endorsed as Witnesses attesting the Execution
       of such Power are of the Proper hands Writing of the said Johnson Gildart Henry
       Brown and this Deponent respectively
       Sworn at Liverpool in the County of Lancaster and      Edward Newsham
       Kingdom of Great Britain the Tenth Day of July in the Year of our Lord One
       thousand seven hundred and eighty three   before

       This is to Certify that on the Tenth Day of July   Geor Case Esq.r Mayor and Chief
       one thousand seven hundred and eighty three        Majestrate of Liverpool
       Before me George Case Esquire Mayor of the Borough of Liverpool in the County
       of Lancaster and Kingdom of Great Britain personally appeareth the before named
       Edward Newsham and maketh Oath that What is contained in the before Wrting^ten^
       Affidavit is Just and True

                               In faith and Testimony whereof I the said Mayor have hereto
         the County     Subscribed my name and Affixed the seal of my said Office the
             seal            Day and Year above written

       Witness Geo Case Esq.r Mayor and Chief Majestrate of Liverpool
       Witness also John Colquith Town Clerk

       And I John Colquitt of Liverpool aforesaid Notary Public and a Master
       extraordinary of his Majestys high Court of Chancery Do hereby Certify that the
       before named Edward Newsham did on the said Tenth day of July before the
       the said ^Mayor^ in my Presents Depose to be true what is contained in the said Affidavit
             the         In faith and Testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and
          County     the seal of my Office the same Day and Year
             Seal
       John Colquitt Town Clerk of Liverpool as also a Master Extraordinary in
       Chancery and Notary Public

          Baltimore County to wit  Be it remembered that on the 16.th Day of Aug.t
