       one thousand Pounds Current money unto William Baker the Grantor herein mentioned
       and his heirs by their Indenture bearing Date the eighth day of July Seventeen hundred & eighty four
       executed acknowledged & enrolled according to law & the said William doth give grant bargain & sell
       the said undivided moity of one thousand Acres of Land unto the said Thomas and his Heirs to have
       and to hold the same unto him and his Heirs to the only use & behoof of him and his heirs for ever
       In Witness whereof the parties to these presents have hereunto set their Hands and Seals the day
       and year first aforesaid                                                                           W.m Baker   (Seal)

       H Rozer  Thomas Clagett            At the foot of the aforegoing Deed was thus writen Viz.t

       Maryland Prince Georges County On the ninth day of July 1784 William Baker & Mildred
       his wife appeared before the subscribers two of the Justices of the Peace for P G County and Acknowledged
       the above Instrument of Writing to be their Act & Deed and the said Mildred being by us
       privately examined out of the hearing of her husband did acknowledge and declare that she made
       her relinquishment of Right in Dower of the said Land freely and willingly and without being
       induced thereto by fear or threats of or ill usage by her Husband or fear of his Displeasure

       To the aforegoing Deed was annexed the following Certificate to wit

       Prince Georges County Ss.t  In Testimony that Thomas Clagett and Henry Rozer Gentlemen
       ware on the eighth day this Instant and still are two of the Jisitces of the peace for the County
       aforesaid legally Authorised Commissioned and Assigned and to all Certificates by them taken and
       Signed due faith and Credit is and ought to be given as well in Courts of Justice as thereout I have
       hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal of Office this Twenty first day of July Seventeen hundred

       This Indenture made this 26.th day of June in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred
       & eighty four between Abraham Boyd of Montgomery County & State of Maryland of the one
       part & Thomas Sprigg Wootton of the County and State aforesaid of the other part  Witnesseth
       that the said Abraham Boyd for and ^in^ consideration of the full sum of two hundred pounds Currency
       to him in hand paid by the said Thomas Sprigg Wootton at & before the sealing and Delivery of
       these presents the receipt Whereof the said Abraham Boyd doth hereby acknowledge hath Bargained
       sold Aliened and Confirmed & by these presents doth bargain sell Alien & confirm unto the said Thomas
       Sprigg Wootton his Heirs And Assigns all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in the County
       aforesaid being part of a Tract of Land called Dantzick Beginning at the Original Beginning & runing thence
       North nine degrees East one hundred & sixty eight Perches to the Beginning of the said Abraham Boyd's
       brother John Boyd's part of the aforesaid tract of land called Danzick then south Seventy Degrees East Sixty
